      This is my current position.
      I came in with NO manufacturing or production knowledge.
      Now I am supervisor of my crew and President of the Safety Team - this in just 2 short years!
      Recently, there have been changes that have forced a portion of our facility to close.
      We now have skeleton crews, but with that comes a lot more responsibility.

      Manufacturing and Production including:

      Silo Management

      The filling, emptying and performing washes of our 4 silos, with this comes coordinating with 2 other plants.

      Product Management

      Maintaining functionality and flow of our liquid product through semi-truck loading operations.
      Maintain functionality and flow of operations of our dry product warehouse.

      Operations

      Compiling SOP reports and how-to documents for our plant procedures.

      Safety

      Conduct monthly safety team meetings and gather information for KPI reporting.

      Team Leadership

      Mentor crew members and oversee processes.

      With the uncertainty of our plant, I am pursuing new options to secure my future.
      I have my management's blessing to pursue these new opportunities.
